Families are being urged to join thousands of 5-11-year-olds who have already benefited from the Covid-19 vaccination. Parents and guardians are being encouraged to book their 5-11s in for a vaccine to make sure they are protected, and it is easier than ever as parents and guardians can either book or walk into the specialist clinics.
5-11 clinics are available at:
- Forest Recreation ground Vaccination Centre (Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 2-30-7.30)
- Ashfield Health Village (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday 2.30-7.30)
- Clifton Cornerstone every Tuesday in May and June from 4-7pm (Southchurch Drive, Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8EW)
- Park House Health and Social Care Centre every Thursday in May and June from 4-7pm (61 Burton Rd, Carlton, Nottingham NG4 3DQ)
The vaccination has a significant impact in lowering people’s risk of serious illness and hospitalisation and health bosses are encouraging all eligible people to come forward and top up their immunity ahead of the summer period.
