As of today, all adults in England can book their Covid-19 vaccine. If you are 30 or over, you can have a walk-in appointment with no booking necessary, see details of the sites offering this here.
Anyone aged 18 and over can now book a vaccination appointment by calling 119 or visiting the National Booking Website.
This week the vaccination programme administered more than 51,000 vaccines in one week. So far, 1,093,961 vaccinations have been administered in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire with 475,520 of these being second doses.
Hospitals
We have seen 9 admissions relating to Covid-19 in the seven days to 13 June, which compares to 9 in the previous 7 day period
We had 8 beds occupied by Covid+ patients on 15 June, this compares to 23 on 8 June
Of those 8 beds, 1 patient was mechanically ventilated
In the week from 10 to 16 June there was 0 deaths which is down from 1 the previous week
Vaccinations
Latest figures (8 December – 13 June) show in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire 51,430 vaccines have been administered in the last week. In total, 1,093,961 vaccinations have now been administered with 475,520 of these being second doses
A breakdown of the figures, alongside ONS population estimates, show vaccines have been administered to 96% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 98% of people aged 70-74, 93.3% of people aged 65-69, 98.5% of people aged 60-64, 96.2% of people aged 55-59, 90.5% of people aged 50-54, 82.3% of people aged 45-49 and 85.4% of people aged 40-44, 76.5% of people aged 35-39, 68% of people aged 30-34, 37.5% of people aged 25-29 and 17.9% of people aged 16-24.
Second doses have been administered to 93% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 96.3% of people aged 70-74, 91.1% of people aged 65-69, 94.2% of people aged 60-64, 90.1% of people aged 55-59, 83.3% of people aged 50-54, 48.2% of people aged 45-49 and 43.1% of people aged 40-44, 30.9% of people aged 35-39, 25.8% of people aged 30-34, 18.8% of people aged 25-29 and 12.6% of people aged 16-24.
Primary Care
In March, there were 534,353 GP appointments in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
55% of these appointments were seen face-to-face and 51% were seen on the same day or next
