This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week (18 -24 May) and the theme for this year is kindness.
It’s more important than ever that we are kind to ourselves and each other and we take care of our physical and mental wellbeing as we adjust to new ways of living and working, in response to coronavirus.
There are a range of mental health support services available to residents across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, many of which use a self-referral process online or over the phone.
For urgent mental health support, Nottinghamshire Healthcare has a dedicated crisis line you can call on 0300 303 0165.

Throughout the week, we will also be sharing useful mental health guidance, tips and resources over on Twitter and Facebook.
