Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG
Our Constitution
The CCG’s Constitution describes the governing principles, rules and procedures that we have established to ensure probity and accountability in the day to day running of our CCG. It sets out our commitment to ensuring that decisions are taken in an open and transparent way and that the interests of patients and the public remain central at all times.
The Constitution also incorporates our:
- Standing Orders – These set out the arrangements for our meetings and the appointment processes for our Governing Body members.
- Standing Financial Instructions – These set out the arrangements for managing our financial affairs and the delegated limits for financial decisions.

- Scheme of Reservation and Delegation – This sets out the decisions that are reserved to our Member Practices and the decisions that are the responsibilities of the CCG’s Governing Body, its Committees and employees.
